Independence

The Institute's research staff determines its agenda, methods, interpretations, and conclusions. Funding does not grant editorial review or control.

Corrections

Material factual errors are corrected promptly. Substantive changes are dated in the publication's revision history so earlier citations remain interpretable.

Sources and interpretation

Published work distinguishes observable evidence, reported claims, and the Institute's interpretation. Sources are linked where they can be inspected directly.

Revision and versioning

Publications retain stable URLs, version numbers, and change notes. Superseded or disputed work remains identifiable rather than being silently overwritten.

Anchor coverage

Anchor is evaluated through direct system observation, published agreements, product documentation, incident records, and clearly identified interpretation. We do not imply access to undisclosed systems or private deliberations.

Automated methods

Automated tools may support research organization, transcription, comparison, and editorial workflows. A named human author remains responsible for every published claim, case distinction, and citation.

Conflicts of interest

Authors disclose financial or professional relationships relevant to their research.
